Sleep - App for those who struggle with sleeping.  Features that are provided: bedtime stories, sleep meditations, sleep sounds, fade out timer, and bedtime reminder  

​

Pillow Automatic Sleep Tracker - provides sleep analysis and can be paired with an Apple watch

Has a smart alarm clock to calculate when to wake you, 

Has recording for snoring, sleep apnea, and those concerned with sleep talking

 

Headspace - teaches you breathing techniques, meditation, and mindfulness

Also have exercises that are intended to help manage anxiety, stress, breathing, happiness, and focus. Some of the other features included are:

Mute - dedicated to tackling phone addiction and decreasing amount of usage. Uses challenges as an incentive to stay off phone such as “Nighttime Ninja” and “Mindful Morning”. Sends motivational messages to reward user for minimizing usage. 

 

Glo - Includes yoga, meditation, pilates and much more. A personalized app that caters towards your practice and offers recommendations as you improve. Offers a guided class series and does require a subscription. 

 

Seven - Incentive to do daily seven minute workouts. Personalized experience and catered towards one’s goals and fitness level. 

 

Shine- App catered towards calming anxiety and stress. Offers messages of positive affirmations, bedtime stories, daily reflections on what a person is grateful for, guided meditations, and short daily podcasts centered around wellness.

SHRED - Gym workout and tracker app that has thousands of workouts with different styles and durations. This app gives several types of training: gym, bodyweight, and cardio. Has data insights for users as well as a community intended to motivate and challenge one another.
